These terms are between you and Parent Vertical LLC, which operates CoverVoz.

What CoverVoz does

CoverVoz helps you keep track of insurance you already have: your policies, proof-of-insurance links, steps when something happens, claim notes, renewal reminders and a coverage checkup.

Not insurance, not advice

CoverVoz is not an insurance company or a licensed insurance agency. It does not sell, quote, bind or recommend insurance, and nothing in it is insurance, legal or financial advice. The checkup lists things to ask your agent or insurer about; only they can say what your policy covers.

Your policy documents govern

What you see in CoverVoz is what you entered. If it differs from your policy documents, your insurer's documents are what count. Check them, and call your insurer to report a claim.

Proof links

The proof page is a summary of your policy as you entered it. It is not an official insurance ID card; only your insurer issues that. You are responsible for who you send a link to.

Plans

CoverVoz is free for up to 6 policies. The Plus plan renews monthly until you cancel; payments are processed on our secure payment page.

Your content

It stays yours. You can download or delete it at any time.

Text messages

If you add a mobile number and agree in the app, CoverVoz sends renewal reminders and sign-in or confirmation codes, and answers texts you send it about your own policies, from (833) 989-4849. How many: a few reminders a year per policy, plus a reply each time you text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time and HELP for help, or email hello@parentvertical.com. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of using CoverVoz. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their marketing.
